"Overall I felt reassured throughout"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

Visit to Plastic Surgery / Ambulatory Care unit

I had a visit to remove a cyst from my neck.

The people who cared for me were Dr. Barbara Brown, assisted by Mhairi , a (surgical?) nurse practitioner and nurse Linda.

All were very friendly and welcoming.

Dr Brown explained the procedure and gave me the opportunity to ask questions

The procedure was pain free and I was frequently asked if I was O.K. and comfortable.

Overall I felt reassured throughout that I was being cared for expertly, by people who were interested in my wellbeing.

I want to say "Thanks very much" to them and to the wider Dermatology team at Forth Valley who give such great service
