"Complete waste of time"

About: Community Services - North Devon / Bladder & Bowel Care

(as the patient),

I have to deal with the incontinence clinic, they provide me with 3 packs of pads every month. I have tried and tried to contact them to ask if this can be increased as I need an extra pack.

Complete shambles, passed around, no response, no replies. Impossible to get help.

Dear conditionermz76,

Thank you for posting your feedback on Care Opinion. I'm sorry to hear about your recent difficulty in reaching the Bladder and Bowel Care Service. You have stated that although you tried to contact us repeatedly you have been passed around and have received no reply. I am unable to comment on why this has happened because I do not have your name or specific details of your communications, but understand that this must have been a very frustrating experience. I would advise you to get in touch again. If you are receiving pads, you will already be on our caseload - and it should be easy to organise a call to further discuss your needs.

I am assuming that you tried to contact the Adult service, and have added our contact details below, to ensure that you have up to date details.
