(as a service user),

Very nice place beautiful staff. Everyone is very welcoming. Food is not up to my standards. Staff is always here to help all day and night. 

I would have liked more hangers in the bathroom and a shower mat and curtain.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback with regards to your treatment journey with us.

We are glad you felt welcomed and comfortable during your stay.

We take all feedback on board and am sorry to hear you didn't feel the food was up to your standards. We will certainly look into this and to improving it going forward..

Due to health and safety we cannot have shower mats or curtains, however the bathrooms are designed as wet rooms with non slip floor.

We will certainly look at providing hooks for towels in the bathroom.

We're really thankful for your feedback, I shall pass on your kind words to the team and we wish you all the best for the future.
