"I'm so glad I came back to Devon"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Cancer Services

(as the patient),

Treatment in Haematology in RD and E hospital Exeter.

After a routine blood test at GP I was sent to hospital. I had immediate treatment by haematology including blood tests. I later had a bone marrow removal which 80pc of people said pain was 8 out 10, however Lucie who did the procedure and her male helper were so clever at what they did that I only suffered 4 out of 10.

Later when given my diagnosis of Lymphoma both Doctor Coates and specialist nurse Dawn explained every aspect of my treatment etc., the whole consultation was carried out with the utmost degree of respect and caring. Thank you RDand E, I'm so glad I came back to Devon
