About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Had kidney stones lasered was kept fully informed with what’s was happening at each stage of the day from arriving till leaving after operation , all staff where very caring helpful and if you needed anything they dealt with it straight away a very positive experience can’t thank every member of staff enough for all the help I recieved thank you all 👏💙
