About: Vine Medical Group

Tried to book an appointment online, system said they weren’t available for same day appointment. Tried to phone, first attempt timed out after 90 minutes of waiting, second attempt was answered after 20 mins . Finally spoke to someone who said they had reached capacity for the next 3 weeks so look on line in the morning. Person answering was lovely but really poor service to not have any appointments for 3 weeks and no option other than Russian roulette on line system which shuts off by lunch time. The majority of reviews on their website are 1 star and I can see why. The staff must be so demoralised to work in such a poor practice.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.

Our reception team have access to the same system (Anima), that patients can access online. So once the online system has reached a safe limit, our reception team are also unable to process any more appointment requests.

Primary Care continues to see exceptional demand for its services, and so unfortunately we do often reach a safe limit of appointment requests in the morning.

If your problem is urgent you may be able to access the help you need via a pharmacy, urgent treatment centre or 111.
