The Harford Health Centre has been nothing but an inconvenience to us and our family. My brother is chronically ill, the number of times we.tried to get an appointment via the e-consult is countless. Once we've submitted the e consult form, we are told that they will contact us within 24 hours, but they never get back to us. My brother waits patiently for them to call, but most of the time they never do. When we call the surgery, we'll have to wait a very long time on the phone to be answered or after ringing right at the end the line gets cut off. If someone does answer the phone we get told that they don't book appointments over the phone but online on e consult.
Their service i would go as far as to say is terrible. When you have an ailing family member and trying to get help desperately and the very people who should be helping you don't get help, where should you go? We are compelled to complain. My brother needs help. I've booked another e consult i hope they fulfil their duties and keep their words and get back to us.
