(as a relative),

I am writing to express my thanks to Martin and Calum who looked after my 91 year old Dad yesterday morning after he fell. They were very quick to respond and so caring.

After being thoroughly checked he didn’t need to go to Hospital. Martin was able to liaise with Hospital at Home. Dad also appreciated the excellent care he received from the multidisciplinary H@H Team.

I'm really sorry to hear about your dads recent fall. That must have been really worrying for you both. It's great to read that he was so well looked after by Martin and Calum and that the response was both quick and they were so caring.
