"Outpatients X-ray"

I was there for a bone density scan. Kathryn was excellent, looked after me so well and was able to explain things in a way that I understood. She was very clear on what would happen next. Professional and friendly ; thank you. Scott was great on the phone and face to face. Such a happy voice, very welcoming and keen to help. The waiting area was immaculate, clean and tidy, and the notice boards were up to date and nicely displayed.
