We attended BUCS with my daughter for croup.
The doctor was fantastic - he was so good with her and I felt so listened to. My daughter was presenting better by the time we arrived and I was anxious that we would leave without anything to help her but thankfully the Dr took the time to listen and ensure that she was given medication needed. The Dr (whose name I cannot remember but works in BUCS at weekends and in Edinburgh I think) had a lovely calming approach. He was a credit to NHS Borders!
The service itself was seamless and efficient. Although the initial wait was long for NHS24 I was so grateful not to have to wait in a waiting room with a 3 year old.
