"Thankful for making my appointment less scary"

I was petrified, going by myself to the clinic for the first time. I was seen by a lovely lady called Beth. She made me feel less like a patient and not scared to attend. She treated me, informed me with correct information and sent me links for more details, when results from tests would come back and was ever so kind. I was so upset and worried but she was the best and I am grateful I saw her at the clinic. Everything is confidential and she supported me with the best of her ability! Thank you for making my experience less scary.
