I attended the Clinical Neurophysiological Department recently and had a consultation and test with Dr Ali.
I found Dr Ali professional, kind and caring, he took time & listened to my history. He explained everything he did.
The appointment was on time, which meant I could get back to work in good time too.
I felt very well looked after and indeed each member of staff in this department was kind, caring and chatty.
What a lovely team. Thank you all.

That sounds like a truly positive experience! It’s wonderful to hear that Dr. Ali and the entire team were professional, kind, and attentive. Feeling well cared for and listened to during a medical visit makes such a difference. It’s also great that everything ran on time, making your day easier. It makes such a difference when the entire team is kind, caring, and welcoming and I will share with them and know they will be so appreciative.
