"Nobody there to contact"

About: Wycombe Hospital

Urgent care needed following unexpected critical event following recent urology surgery. Have been leaving messages on urology investigations phone for two days asking for urgent help. Nobody has called back. Called the consultants secretary. Phone out of action. Next day same phone now working but message says secretary off until next week. Asked operator to put me through to urology doctor. Was transferred to inpatients ward. Happened several times. They were unable to help. Left several messages on all telephone numbers relating to urology and consultant’s secretaries. Now three days and nobody has called back. Only option is to go back to A & E at Stoke, which I had to attend before all this started. They were the ones who told me to contact urology after fitting me with a temporary catheter. Nobody has taken responsibility for my care or contacted urology to refer me. GP not working until Monday. Why have a phone messaging service if nobody checks the messages?
