I had a blood test appointment for my Down syndrome daughter and there was no parking available so I was waiting to someone to leave so I could park my car then I got £60 fine for that how I was supposed to know when the place would be available if I would not wait there I do the same when I go for hospital appointments for years now I did appeal they refused to cancel that’s not right I should get my refund please thanks

We sincerely apologise for the parking ticket you received. We completely understand how frustrating this must be. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over the parking regulations as we don’t own the car park.
