"Staff made me feel at ease and supported"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

Excellent care from start to finish. Staff made me feel at ease and supported before and after my procedure.  I feel very  grateful.

Special shout out to Lismi who was lovely and very pleasant,  nothing was a bother and she supplied good information on after care which was important to me.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for the staff within Day Surgery at University Hospital Wishaw.

It can be a worrying time attending hospital so it is great to read that everyone made you feel at ease and supported you before your procedure.
