Requested to have further blood tests. Usual struggle to get appointment.

Had to work extra time every day this week to make up time in order to attend today. Not keen on having this done as 2 weeks ago it took 2 of them to find a vein and I ended up with bruises on both arms and hand. Inconvenient time to say the least. Left work and had a nightmare journey so arrived 10 minutes late. Told too late to be seen. Absolutely no consideration for the patient and response full of meaningless insincere platitudes. Practice is so keen and flexible to engage with me when it concerns things they get funding for and brownie points such as flu / covid jabs or open days, but rigid, unhelpful and uncaring when it is actually important
