About: Fairfield General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

My story is to tell just how much all the hospital staff ..Right from the receptionist to the operating ..They all are so warm hearted and caring.

I have had three operations there...  Two hip replacements and a knee replacement...And their care and attention to me was second to none ..And even Kate the who worked the physio ..was so informative with the exercises, so competent and professional ...

Couldn't have hoped for anything better .

100% out of 10..

We are delighted to know that our staff met all your expectations and that you were happy with the care they provided.

We will escalate your grateful comments to the senior leadership team so that the staff involved in your care can be recognised for their efforts, especially Kate, we know it will be important to them to know that they made a difference.
