Thank you all in the Community Nursing team, Mansfield for your hard work, empathy and understanding in attending to Dad in his last days.

You all do a wonderful and often thankless job and we appreciate very much your commitment and the compassion and care you afforded to Dad.

Many thanks for taking time out at this sad time to provide feedback on your experience with Mansfield's Community Nursing Team.

It is important for us that our staff provide a caring compassionate service.
