"Vale of Leven out of hours"

Thank you so much to Dr Robinson at Out of Hours at the Vale of Leven  hospital for your kindness.

My elderly mum has dementia and was suffering from an infection. She was so confused and agitated recently and had absconded from her flat and I had to call the police. 

I spoke with a lovely GP Dr Robinson who took time to listen to me and calmed me down over the phone. He left medication for my mum which helped her considerably. She is now feeling much better. 

It was a very stressful time for both mum and myself, id like to say thank you again to Dr Robinson for your kindness, you are a credit to the service.

It’s clear that Dr Robinson’s kindness, patience, and understanding made a real difference in helping you manage a challenging situation. We’re grateful that he took the time to listen and provide the support you needed, ensuring your mum received the appropriate medication to help her feel better.

Your kind words are greatly appreciated, and we will be sure to pass them on to Dr Robinson. He will be delighted to know that his efforts were able to make such a positive impact during such a difficult time.
