Dear watertj59,

I would like to thank you for your kind and positive feedback from your appointment with Yna, which I will pass on to her today.

The Primary Care Mental Health & Wellbeing Nurse service aims to support people with a number of different issues using such things as - Self help information and techniques, practical advice and learning, sign posting to third sector and community services and if required a referral to some statutory services, and it is great to hear that you felt the service you received was helpful.

My name is Richard Sime and I am the Charge Nurse for the service. Again I would like to thank you for your kind feedback and would also like to take this opportunity to wish you well for the future.
