"Exceptional care"

I visited endoscopy Wednesday for a colonoscopy, to start with the reception staff and supporting nursing staff were kind understanding and also professional making me feel at ease. When I went in for the procedure the staff were friendly and gave me a warm greeting, and explained what was involved and assured me every step of the way.

The team was exceptional with their professionalism and care and constantly asked me if I was feeling OK.They made the whole procedure far more tolerable and I left feeling much more at ease. Back on the ward I was checked over and given tea and biscuits before being allowed to get dressed. Before I was discharged I was briefed about the findings and left feeling relatively at ease.

I felt comfortable and at ease during the whole process due to the kindness and professionalism of all the staff involved, I would not hesitate to recommend the Jph for this procedure.
