"general surgery appointment in Craigavon"

I didn't know how or where to check in but just sat waiting.  When I spoke with a nurse I was seen even though I had missed my appointment.  Everyone went out of their way to ensure I received excellent service.  On top of all that everyone was so pleasant and helpful.  Staff went beyond the call of duty but possibly better signage or information for naïve patients would help.  A big thank you to both the nurse and consultant.
