"Fast, professional response"

I am continually impressed by the professionalism and speedy response to my requests for advise or appointments. The on - line service, which initially I was wary of, has proved to provide an excellent and efficient system. Almost as soon as my e mail has been sent I receive contact from a GP who has then either provided advise, reassurance or, if necessary requested I come into surgery.

When talking on the phone or face to face consultation, I have received a highly professional response and always feel listened to.
