"I cannot praise the staff enough"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I recently had a colonoscopy at the Golden Jubilee Hospital in Clydebank .

I was dreading this procedure, however the staff were truly amazing, explaining the whole process and reassuring me throughout .

I cannot praise the staff enough, each and every one of you are worth your weight in gold . Respect and admiration to you all

Dear I managed it,

Thank you for taking the time to post about your experience. I can imagine that coming in for your procedure would have been an anxious time for you however I am pleased to hear that the team were amazing and were able to put you at ease during an anxious time. It is a pleasure to share your comments with the team who I am sure will be thrilled to hear of the impact that they had on your journey.
