"We came away enlightened and feeling confident"

About: Independent Living Centre

(as a relative),

Dawn welcomed myself and mum and carried out a thorough assessment of mum's needs. Dawn's compassion and excellent knowledge and understanding made our our visit so worthwhile.

We came away enlightened and feeling confident on how to proceed with the next steps, for example, acquiring correct equipment and further services to make contact with.

Thank you Dawn for your time, expertise and engaging manner.
