"Excellent Care Today"

The visit today was to carry out my diabetic check.

It was extremley thorough and showed up one or to issues that needed attention.

The very methodical nurse "s" as I can't mention her name called the doctor in and dealt with one issue. Arranged my new medication and made arrangements for me to see a Podiatrist and the details to arrange an eye test.

This review doesn't really fully explain that when leaving the surgery today I felt cared for and that someone had gone the extra mile to ensure my well-being.

An excellent day with very professional care.

Not forgetting the reception. The reception has improved so much over the last couple of years. It used to be grumpy and came across as couldn't care less. Now all the receptionists go the extra mile and put on a happy face. I have had a lot of interaction with the reception in the last year and without exception they have helped me so much.

This was not always the case.
