Yesterday my husband and myself had appointments in the shopping centre for the rsv vaccine. The service was seamless, cannot fault the way we were treated by everyone and the jab was painlessly delivered. Our only concern was how cold the building was for those working there. There were some very small heaters, only good for warming hands. Hats off to those brave members of staff
