Never been so pleased when we moved house and could finally move to Albrighton doctors which is as good as our dire NHS gets. Shifnal would benefit from doing some training with them, although both have grumpy receptionists. So behind the times with using the NHS to book services and with repeat prescriptions. Can never get an appointment and you spend hours holding on the phone. Didn’t feel safe after one doctor had to google my health condition. Can honestly say I’ve never had a good experience here in over 10 years.
