"Wonderful thorough professional care"

I attended a 4.30 pmGP apt through 111. Once triaged I had to wait for MAU . Saw a brilliant doctor who was so kind and reassuring . Completed thorough bloods and heart check etc . I was home within 4 hours .

Yes it was busy and I applaud the staff working in such over required unit given the size now of our city . Despite this my doctor remained calm and detailed throughout my visit and for this I am so sincerely grateful.
