(as a service user),

I attended the breast screening mobile in Limavady and the staff member assigned to me was Patricia.  I just wanted to acknowledge the professional care offered by Patricia.  I was taken on time and Patricia took time as she checked all details, explained the process and make me feel at ease.  An appointment most dread was made much more pleasant with a smile, kind words and clear explanations.

A great screening service which I am very grateful to be able to avail of.

Breast screening can be a very anxious time for women and it is good to see that your experience has been a positive one.

Hopefully experiences like yours will encourage anyone who is worried about attending that staff will put them at ease and look after them well.
