I am an 89 old man who had a pre xmas fall wth a serious humerus fracture. Consultants weighed up the risks (age, general health etc) and decided to insert metal plates to secure the fracture. The procedure went well and now (8 weeks post op) I have no pain and 95% movement in arm and shoulder. Needless to say I am extremely happy and grateful to the team that made the decision and looked after me. Thank you and more success to your elbows!
