I tried to register with this surgery and they were vague about whether or not they accept shared care. I called them and they wouldn't answer my question about whether they accept shared care as I was concerned that I would get kicked off of the waiting list I've been on for years now. They eventually did explain that they if you change surgeries they will re-refer you which being kicked off the waiting list.
