"Great service"

About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

I fell off a 8 ft ladder at work, phoned 111 was told visit A&E .

Must admit was really busy but seen promptly .

Sarah the nurse practitioner was fantastic .

Sarah did obs etc and arranged X-rays .

X-ray department, met with a cheery receptionist called Sarah and a lovely radiologist .

I was  seen quickly and back into A&E where Sarah gave pain relief and strapping to support injury .

Seen by doctor  before leaving

Loads negatives about Vic, but credit to them this time, great service

Dear Sean472,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your experience in A&E. It is great to hear that you were seen quickly in A&E although it is a very busy department. I will pass on your lovely feedback to Sarah and the rest of the radiology department.

I wish you all the best with your recovery,

Many Thanks,

Zoë Maclaughlan
