About: Adult Health & Support Services / Occupational Therapy

(as a service user),

I was referred to the OT service in primer care for pain management strategies and general help, support and advice

The OT took a thorough and detailed history and done a full assessment.

I was made feel at ease and comfortable. I was given a pain diary to complete to pinpoint problem times and activities.

Hi Sam. The OT was Kaitlin. She was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her field. She showed empathy and a professional caring attitude in her approach.
