"It really does make a difference"

About: Community Nursing Services / Mansfield Community Nursing

(as a relative),

My brother goes to the Oaktree Lane clinic to see the community nursing team where they treat his leg ulcers.

He goes every two weeks, he has learning difficulties but the staff make such a fuss of him, they are all so lovely.

These session enable him to get out and about.  I get emotional talking about the care he receives because it really does make a difference.

We both really appreciate them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this feed back.

I know all of the staff at Leg ulcer clinic do a amazing job. I will ensure that Helen and her team get this.

Thanks again

Joanne Bridges

Team leader.
