I had been having trouble with the railings at the front door of my home, they were too low down and obstructed the lock - making opening and locking the front door challenging.

OT Georgia  was fantastic and found a resolution to my problem instantaneously! Georgia arranged for a new railing to be fitted at a higher level to allow me to unlock and lock my door with ease. This all happened very quickly - within a 2 week period of contact!

The labourer who completed this job was also fantastic and took a very person centred approach, whilst installing the new handrail continuously asked me how I felt about the positioning and height.

I cannot fault the experience in the slightest and would recommend the OT team to anyone who requires their support.

It is great to hear that you have receive such a satisfying service from the Occupational therapist (OT) and the arranged adaptation technician, who together appear to have supported your independence and safety at home.
