"Baby vaccines - so welcoming and friendly"

About: Airdrie Locality Support Service / Health Visiting Team

(as a parent/guardian),

We attended Airdrie Health centre immunisation clinic for my newborn's vaccines. The health visitors were so welcoming and friendly. They explained everything thoroughly and offered reassurance. The vaccines were administered at the same time to minimise trauma. The whole experience was significantly less anxiety provoking than expected and we couldn’t have asked for better service. I just thought it important to let the team know how good a job we feel they are doing and to thank them for their hard work and the excellent communication.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We truly appreciate it. Our nursing staff are highly experienced in administering immunisations, and I am delighted they communicated with you effectively throughout this process. The nurses always strive to minimise any discomfort for both the child and their family as we understand that this can be a stressful time. Once again, thank you for letting me know they are doing a good job!
