"Discovering terminal breast Cancer"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

Dr Kerrigan gave me an appointment at his Rheumatology clinic I hadn't seen a doctor for 3 years! He requested a lot of scans to be done and breast cancer was found.

Unfortunately not curable as cells detected in spine. But managed with medication which should give me 5/10 years of life. Dr Kerrigan is now another of my medical heroes. He was so thorough at the initial consultation. I can't  praise him enough. I feel blessed that he is my rheumatology doctor! I would not have known about the cancer but for his intervention.
