"Communication from the hospital"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford)

(as the patient),

I received a letter dated the 14th February regarding an appointment the next day, but I didn't get the letter until the 17th February. It's fortunate that I had to contact the department anyway so that I could confirm the appointment.

Dear 7mowb45

Thank you for sharing your story on Care Opinion. I am sorry that your letter was received after your appointment. I am unable to tell from your feedback which service this relates to. If you are able to update me I will ensure that your feedback gets to the right department e.g. outpatients.

Also to let you know that you can view letters and check health information in the My Care App. If you are interested in signing up there is more information here https://www.royaldevon.nhs.uk/patients-visitors/my-care/

Alternatively when you are next visiting please ask a member of staff.

Kind regards

Lisa
