"Very comfortable, relaxing and soothing experience"

Arrived at 8am to be welcomed by Betty and Shona who was on duty in the ward and explained what would happen for the procedure to be undertaken.

I was made comfortable and kept informed of what was happening. Both Betty and Shona were excellent in keeping me calm and relaxed and carrying out the medical things which had to be undertaken, prior to the procedure Dr Chung came to explain what he would be doing to fit the procedure.   He was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient.   

The actual operation was very efficient, the Dr and staff were excellent by keeping me informed off what was happening. What was a frightening thing for me turned into a very comfortable, relaxing and soothing experience thanks to Dr Chung and his team. Also thanks who provided the tea and toast after I returned to the ward.

The staff at Victoria Hospital was excellent and should be given full marks for the work that they do
