I was nervous about the FEES (Fibreoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing) procedure but staff made it easy. They were friendly, efficient and very competent. They listened to my concerns and were sympathetic and reassuring.

Many thanks for taking the time to post this comment regarding the service you received recently at the FEES clinic. We fully appreciate that investigations in any form are stressful for our clients and we always endeavour to ensure that individuals attending fully understand what the procedure is and why is it being undertaken. I think that this practice certainly helped you and I am delighted to hear that you found the team friendly, reassuring and competent.
