I put in an Online request for advice re an ongoing nasal problem. Offered an appointment same day. Given antibiotic cream, swab taken. 3 days later told swab was positive, needed an oral antibiotic. Same week, concerned about my lungs, again, same day appointment, and prescribed short course steroids. Totally excellent caring service at all times. GPs and nurses and all staff are very caring and kind.
