I recently saw a GP at the Willow Surgery with a breast lump that was worrying me. She gave me a thorough examination and made an appointment for me at the Bristol Breast Care Centre. This appointment came through within two weeks and I was checked and thankfully given the all clear.

I have only praise for the caring staff at the Willow Surgery and at Beaufort House. Their kindness and amazing efficiency makes me so grateful to have the NHS. The staff work tirelessly under pressure and I am so grateful.
