"Continuity of care pathway for Maternity Services"

I was very fortunate to fall within the trust area to receive my maternity care from the continuity team at the Downe Hospital.

I was able to build a relationship with both Julia and Nadine throughout my pregnancy allowing me space to ask questions and feel safe. 

Julia and Nadine are an exceptional team; a credit to the profession and the SET.

The continuity of professionals involved in my maternity care facilitated my positive emotional well being through challenging times. Julia and Nadine were always at the end of the phone if I had any questions and  I gained so much trust seeing them both demonstrate their exceptional skill set on a regular basis.

My husband and I both loved having them come visit us with our newborn safely at home. Julia and Nadine shaped our maternity experience to be a very positive one with their skills, knowledge and compassion.
