Dear golfqg64

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that your daughter received the care and attention she needed during her visit to A&E. It’s wonderful to know that the entire team, from clerical staff to doctors, radiographers, and nurses, made a positive impact on your experience.

We will be sure to pass along your special thanks to Nurse Practitioner Natalie, who went above and beyond to provide such attentive and reassuring care. Your kind words truly mean a lot to the team and highlight the dedication we have to providing the best possible care for our patients, big and small.

Thank you again for your feedback and for recognising the hard work of our staff. We wish your daughter a speedy recovery.

Kind regards

Kevin
