I just wanted to highlight the fantastic support, encouragement and knowledge shared by your health visitor at Alison Lea (Alba Medical Practice). Jean has provided a wealth of knowledge and support to both me and my son from birth throughout his journey. She is non-judgmental, strengths based and honestly helped me so much with the manner in which she supported us through some challenges. We are so so grateful to her and just wanted to highlight what a credit she is to the practice. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have her supporting us and definitely think she deserves the recognition. Thank you so much.
