"Their level of empathy and understanding was second to none"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

I had to visit the urgent care centre on two occasions recently. All the staff were fantastic, from the receptionist to the Nurse practitioners. Their level of empathy and understanding was second to none. Luckily I received a favourable outcome to the tests I had, and I can honestly say I think the team members looking after me were just as relieved as I was. I truly cannot thank them enough for their warmth and compassion.
