(as a relative),

I recently had to call the Wellwynd Practice, Airdrie, for a relative who has been unwell- the reception staff were very attentive and professional - I stayed on the line to speak with a GP and the Dr I spoke with was a Dr McGowan.

This GP was amazingly helpful, kind and professional- thank you for giving us the correct care and attention in a timely manner- first class GP and practice staff.

Thank you for sharing your experience following a call you made to the Wellwynd Practice, Airdrie.

I am so pleased to hear that you felt the reception staff were attentive and helpful and that the GP you spoke to was also helpful, kind and professional.

Unfortunately, GP’s are independent contractors and are responsible for responding to any feedback or concerns a person may have about the service; they are not registered to respond directly through Care Opinion. Please could I ask that you contact the practice manager so they can ensure your kind words and feedback gets back to the right people as I know it will be gratefully received.
