I'm working with substance misuse services and Serj.
Serj is an amazing person, he will do his up most best to help you in anyway he can, he's so easy to talk to, you can tell him things in confidence, if he can help he will. You can also have a laugh with him which truly takes your mind off things for them few moments. I recommend him to everyone I can.
Each time I come to jail I ask to work with him.
His attitude is always nice and puts a smile on your face, he is one truly nice, amazing person
