I’d like to thank the kind receptionist who went out of her way today to help me with a prescription problem. I now have my HRT! I know it wasn’t a life or death issue but it was so kind of you to help me. Thank you.
I have always found this practice to be very helpful, all your staff are kind, patient and genuinely want to help us patients.
I know it is a challenging arena to work in nowadays and you deserve to hear some positivity about the service you are all providing.
